CD 410 Kanjizai-ji Temple 40



I take kaeru out
to wet her skin, let her stretch
in a safe rock pool
reflecting our rough skin, and
my silver white braid we see
in a safe rock pool
beautiful women of age
Buddha sees our hearts

kaeru = frog, return in Japanese
Also is a lucky symbol and related to travelers
kaeru is my companion guide on this journey

We are both ...female :)
