I trim some loose threads
is destruction ever good
kaeru peeks through cloth
high afternoon sun beats strong
flowers wilt, pilgrims seek shade
kaeru peeks through cloth
I offer half a grape with
fruit flies stuck in juice
pilgrims chant, to chase evil
focus on obedience
fruit flies stuck in juice
grapes off the vine - the frog dines,
I drink my green tea

Note:
kaeru = frog, return in Japanese
Also is a lucky symbol and related to travelers
kaeru is my companion guide on this journey
We are both ...female :)
Nicely told..the sweet tale of kaeru..:-)
