There are no scraps of unfinished songs, jotted notes in journals.
I have wholes
sometimes more
sometimes less
verse on the page
haiku, Elfje, prose
There are just completes, simple or complex, by my hand formed.Enough perfume
from the ever
changing rose -
stems, petals, hips
leaves, even thorns
all those parts
no left-overs.
~There are only ‘wholes’ to fall gently into or out of at your leisure.~ The pieces fit
it is just the way

I sink or swim
exclusively, mostly

to be shaped
and folded into
one floating boat

I like the way you arranged the verses on the page - it reminds me of separate scraps of paper coming together to form a lovely whole. Great job!
