That big ‘ol squirrel chewed through some plastic zip ties holding up some of ‘my defenses’ for the bird feeder. I don’t think his teeth are gonna like the copper wire I added to the new zip ties. Chickadees and wrens are still getting through to get seeds. So, that’s good. I haven’t quite figured out the right ratio for the red pepper flakes - but I’m working on that too.
The squirrels have their own feeders... But I guess the squirrels think that all the bird feeders are theirs too!
