November moon has a halo
of rainbow hue

if you Google search images for double and triple halos around the moon
go to the images and the 11th line 5th from the left there is a photo by
Sergio Montifur - that is the closest to what I saw
The moon though was not full November 23, 2015 around 7:30 pm
